Jejich automobily samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 komunikace, ale tak\u00e9 pozemky, nebo\u0165 je nutno ohromn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed aut n\u011bkde zaparkovat.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9 \u00favahy tedy sm\u011b\u0159ovaly k\u00a0mo\u017enosti zajistit kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obslu\u017enost pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch are\u00e1l\u016f v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch ve\u0159ejnou dopravou, aby bylo pro mno\u017estv\u00ed pracuj\u00edc\u00edch snaz\u0161\u00ed (resp. v\u00a0mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech v\u016fbec mo\u017en\u00e9) se dostat do pr\u00e1ce a z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>Je nutno dodat, \u017ee nejnov\u011bji dostupn\u00e9 informace, z\u00a0nich\u017e jsem mohl p\u0159i tvorb\u011b n\u00e1vrh\u016f vych\u00e1zet, jsou z\u00a0roku 2011. V\u00a0t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti se tedy jedn\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o dopravn\u00ed experiment, zkou\u0161ku, zda je mo\u017eno dopravu na z\u00e1klad\u011b dostupn\u00fdch dat opravdu optimalizovat a zefektivnit.<\/p>\n<p>Postup pr\u00e1ce byl n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: zjistil jsem, ze kter\u00fdch obc\u00ed dle \u010cS\u00da doj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed denn\u011b do Otrokovic alespo\u0148 8 pracuj\u00edc\u00edch a ov\u011b\u0159il sou\u010dasn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed. U nich bylo ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1no, zda existuje vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed spojen\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edjezdem do 5:35 na rann\u00ed sm\u011bnu (z \u010d\u00e1sti obc\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed autobusy k\u00a0pneumatik\u00e1rn\u011b a\u017e kolem 5:50) a zda existuje spojen\u00ed z\u00a0odpoledn\u00ed sm\u011bny, tj. po 22:10. Tyto \u010dasy byly vybr\u00e1ny, nebo\u0165 se jedn\u00e1 o okrajov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti dne. P\u0159\u00edjezd do pr\u00e1ce na 14. hodinu, resp. cesta dom\u016f po 14. hodin\u011b, ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1ny nebyly, nebo\u0165 jsem o\u010dek\u00e1val existenci vyhovuj\u00edc\u00edho spojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dle nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch dat \u010cS\u00da existuje 70 obc\u00ed, z\u00a0nich\u017e doj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed denn\u011b minim\u00e1ln\u011b 8 lid\u00ed za prac\u00ed do Otrokovic. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1 50 z\u00a0nich vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed spojen\u00ed na rann\u00ed sm\u011bnu (tedy s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edjezdem do 5:35 na zast\u00e1vku Otrokovice, pneumatik\u00e1rna). Spojen\u00ed po 22. hodin\u011b (z odpoledn\u00ed sm\u011bny) existuje do 56 obc\u00ed, av\u0161ak do velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti z\u00a0nich je \u010dasov\u011b velmi hrani\u010dn\u00ed a je ot\u00e1zkou, zda jej lze st\u00edhat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Varianta A \u2013 optimalizace existuj\u00edc\u00edho spojen\u00ed posuny a zm\u011bnami tras<\/h3>\n<p>Minimalistick\u00e1 varianta spo\u010d\u00edvala v\u00a0posunech \u010dasov\u00fdch poloh sou\u010dasn\u00fdch spoj\u016f (av\u0161ak s\u00a0velkou nezn\u00e1mou v\u00a0podob\u011b nezasahov\u00e1n\u00ed do cel\u00fdch ob\u011bh\u016f), zaveden\u00ed n\u011bkolika nov\u00fdch spoj\u016f a optimalizaci tras.<\/p>\n<p>Pomoc\u00ed \u010dasov\u00fdch posun\u016f zhruba u des\u00edtky vlak\u016f a t\u0159ic\u00edtky autobusov\u00fdch spoj\u016f se poda\u0159ilo optimalizovat spojen\u00ed tak, \u017ee vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed spojen\u00ed na rann\u00ed sm\u011bnu i z\u00a0odpoledn\u00ed sm\u011bny z\u00edskalo 66 obc\u00ed ze 70! Oproti sou\u010dasn\u00fdm 50, resp. 56 obc\u00edm, <strong>vzniklo vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed spojen\u00ed do t\u0159ech \u010dtvrtin obc\u00ed, je\u017e jej v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti nemaj\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se v\u00fdrazn\u011b <strong>zkr\u00e1til \u010das dojezdu pro zhruba 1000 doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch<\/strong> (naopak 120 z\u00a0nich se \u010das v\u00fdrazn\u011b prodlou\u017eil). V\u0161ichni tito lid\u00e9 by byli ve\u0159ejnou dopravou d\u0159\u00edv doma, resp. by naopak mohli pozd\u011bji vst\u00e1vat. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 do\u0161lo k\u00a0eliminaci n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159estup\u016f a model uk\u00e1zal na mo\u017enost v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st spoj\u016f v\u00e9st p\u0159\u00edmo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jen optimalizace dojezdu pro zam\u011bstnance p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu by dok\u00e1zala usnadnit cestu tis\u00edcovce doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed by mohli uva\u017eovat o cest\u011b autobusem nam\u00edsto automobilu (a to zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 s\u00a0p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00fdm cen\u00e1m pohonn\u00fdch hmot).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Varianta B \u2013 zaveden\u00ed zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch linek (vzor Amazon)<\/h3>\n<p>Mnoho zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f se sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e9st nov\u00e9 z\u00e1jemce zaveden\u00edm benefitu soukrom\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 dopravy pro zam\u011bstnance. Nejd\u00e1l tento koncept dot\u00e1hl Amazon se sv\u00fdm distribu\u010dn\u00edm centrem v\u00a0Dobrov\u00edzi, u n\u011bj\u017e vybudoval nejen vlakovou stanici, av\u0161ak tak\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed o zhruba dvac\u00edtce stanovi\u0161\u0165 (!), na n\u011b\u017e p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed des\u00edtky a\u017e stovky spoj\u016f denn\u011b z\u00a0cel\u00fdch \u010cech.<\/p>\n<p>To mne vedlo k\u00a0vytvo\u0159en\u00ed podobn\u00e9ho modelu pro otrokovickou pneumatik\u00e1rnu. Faktem je, \u017ee zaveden\u00ed soukrom\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 dopravy by vedlo k\u00a0n\u00e1klad\u016fm ve v\u00fd\u0161i a\u017e 100 milion\u016f K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b. Jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti je mo\u017enost podobn\u00e9ho modelu zcela fantazijn\u00ed, jedn\u00e1 se v\u0161ak o zaj\u00edmavou uk\u00e1zku modern\u00edho sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je jinde mo\u017en\u00e9, a <strong>Otrokovic\u00edm by zcela jist\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b pomohlo od zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obrovsk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm parkuj\u00edc\u00edch automobil\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem bylo namalovat linky obsluhuj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd po\u010det ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch 70 obc\u00ed, kde je dolo\u017eena doj\u00ed\u017e\u010fka.
