Na t\u00e9to trase je mo\u017eno provozovat spoje a\u017e do Zl\u00edna <strong>bez p\u0159estupu<\/strong>, kter\u00fd v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti prodlu\u017euje dobu cesty do Zl\u00edna zhruba o 9 minut, na zp\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed trase pak zhruba o 5 minut. Ve \u0161pi\u010dku navrhujeme veden\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch spoj\u016f linky 2 do Zl\u00edna ka\u017ed\u00fdch 12 minut dopln\u011bn\u00fdch o linku 55 k\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanici. Mimo \u0161pi\u010dku navrhujeme sou\u010dasnou podobu linky 2, kter\u00e1 zaj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed k\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanici a pokra\u010duje na \u0160t\u011brkovi\u0161t\u011b \u2013 t\u00edm sice neu\u0161et\u0159\u00edme tolik \u010dasu, jako ve \u0161pi\u010dce, av\u0161ak z\u016fstane odstran\u011bn nespolehliv\u00fd p\u0159estup a neust\u00e1l\u00e1 nervozita cestuj\u00edc\u00edch zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 nejistotou, zda se u po\u0161ty nebo u \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanice poda\u0159\u00ed pokra\u010dovat v\u010das d\u00e1le.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u016fvody pro tento n\u00e1vrh<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je linka 55 v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch provozov\u00e1na velmi nejasn\u011b, ka\u017edou hodinu se m\u011bn\u00ed intervaly, ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159estup na linky do Zl\u00edna i zp\u011bt je \u010dasov\u011b jinak nastaven\u00fd a n\u011bkdy nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, na kter\u00fd spoj je v\u016fbec pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n. Jednozna\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 linky zp\u0159ehledn\u00ed cestov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u017edy bude jasn\u00e9, kdy spoj jede i to, \u017ee se s\u00a0n\u00edm spolehliv\u011b dostaneme do Zl\u00edna.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159estup mezi m\u011bstskou linkou v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch a linkou sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed do Zl\u00edna je dobr\u00fdm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d jet automobilem. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dejme \u010dlov\u011bka bydl\u00edc\u00edho na Ba\u0165ov\u011b 5 minut od zast\u00e1vky MHD pracuj\u00edc\u00edho nap\u0159. v\u00a0centru Zl\u00edna s\u00a0doch\u00e1zkovou vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed 5 minut od zast\u00e1vky MHD. Pokud m\u00e1 zaji\u0161t\u011bno parkovac\u00ed m\u00edsto ve Zl\u00edn\u011b, nem\u00e1 pro n\u011bj \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd smysl vyu\u017e\u00edvat MHD, kter\u00e1 je \u010dasov\u011b velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed cestovn\u00ed doby do Zl\u00edna p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm spojem je ji\u017e v\u0161ak pom\u011brn\u011b atraktivn\u00ed n\u00e1hradou automobilu, jak dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed tabulka:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"201\">Cesta automobilem<\/td>\n<td width=\"201\">Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 cesta MHD<\/td>\n<td width=\"201\"><strong>Cesta MHD podle n\u00e1vrhu<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"201\">28 minut<\/td>\n<td width=\"201\">58 minut<\/td>\n<td width=\"201\"><strong>49 minut<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Z\u00a0tabulky vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b cesta MHD pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b prodlou\u017e\u00ed dobu dojezdu do Zl\u00edna o celou p\u016flhodinu a je v\u00edce ne\u017e 2x \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu v\u00a0bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci je p\u0159itom doba doj\u00ed\u017e\u010fky oproti autu del\u0161\u00ed zhruba o 20 minut, rozd\u00edl se tedy sni\u017euje o t\u0159etinu. Spolu s\u00a0faktem, \u017ee p\u0159i dostate\u010dn\u00e9 kapacit\u011b MHD je mo\u017eno si v\u00a0klimatizovan\u00e9m voze sednout a \u010d\u00edst si \/ prohl\u00ed\u017eet internet \/ p\u0159ipravovat se do pr\u00e1ce atp., co\u017e v\u00a0aut\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 zkr\u00e1tka nen\u00ed, nab\u00fdv\u00e1 cesta MHD na atraktivit\u011b a jsme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee by byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Co v\u00edce, sta\u010dilo by prost\u011b nasednout na Ba\u0165ov\u011b \u010di St\u0159edu a celou dobu se v\u011bnovat vlastn\u00edm v\u011bcem, odpad\u00e1 nutnost p\u0159estupu na \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanici, vyru\u0161en\u00ed po 10 minut\u00e1ch a pot\u0159eba p\u0159esunout se p\u0159es termin\u00e1l, \u010dekat na dal\u0161\u00ed spoj a n\u00e1sledn\u011b op\u011bt hledat m\u00edsto k\u00a0sezen\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edm\u00fd spoj by byl nab\u00edzen <strong>ka\u017ed\u00fdch 12 minut<\/strong>, mimo \u0161pi\u010dku ka\u017ed\u00fdch 20 minut!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>N\u00e1vrh \u0161et\u0159\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kilometr\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 autobus obj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed kolem dokola ulice Havl\u00ed\u010dkova a Dr. E. Bene\u0161e. Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu se i p\u0159i atraktivn\u00ed nab\u00eddce trolejbus\u016f lze zam\u011b\u0159it na nab\u00eddku spojen\u00ed v\u00a0okrajov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech m\u011bsta a pos\u00edlit jej. Objedn\u00e1van\u00fd po\u010det kilometr\u016f toti\u017e z\u016fstane zachov\u00e1n a provozn\u011b nov\u00e1 koncepce nep\u0159inese n\u00e1klady nav\u00edc.<\/li>\n<li>Je nutno si nav\u00edc uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee trolejbusov\u00e1 doprava je dlouhodob\u011b levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na provoz (oproti dieselu i bateri\u00edm), nav\u00edc je ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed i ti\u0161\u0161\u00ed, jak ud\u00e1v\u00e1 Ing. Petr Mr\u00e1zek, Ph.D. zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdvojem modern\u00edch dopravn\u00edch mod\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Parametry n\u00e1vrhu<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00a0bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci jsem p\u0159edstavil vzorovou mo\u017enost, jak p\u0159epl\u00e1novat ve\u0159ejnou dopravu na \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta a zv\u00fd\u0161it jej\u00ed kvalitu (dostupnost, \u010detnost, rychlost\u2026), av\u0161ak bez nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na jej\u00ed provozov\u00e1n\u00ed. Faktem toti\u017e je, \u017ee Otrokovice vlastn\u00ed 13 % pod\u00edlu v\u00a0dopravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, tomuto pod\u00edlu se pak mus\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat i mno\u017estv\u00ed objedn\u00e1van\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu na \u00fazem\u00ed Otrokovic (resp. tolerance je mezi 12 a 14 %). Vzhledem ke snaze zjistit, zda lze MHD ve m\u011bst\u011b zlep\u0161it v\u00a0re\u00e1ln\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, se n\u00e1vrh musel vej\u00edt do max. 14 % objedn\u00e1van\u00e9ho po\u010dtu kilometr\u016f v\u00a0roce 2020 (nejnov\u011bji dostupn\u00e1 data).<\/p>\n<h2>Provoz ve \u0161pi\u010dku<\/h2>\n<p>Ve \u0161pi\u010dku, kterou m\u016f\u017eeme definovat jako obdob\u00ed mezi 6:00 a 8:00 v\u00a0rann\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f a mezi 13:30 a 15:30 v\u00a0odpoledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f, je v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n provoz linkou 55 s\u00a0p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b \u0161estiminutov\u00fdm intervalem. Stejn\u00fd interval maj\u00ed v\u00a0kombinaci linky 2 a 6 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed dopravu z\u00a0Otrokovic do Zl\u00edna. Toto spojen\u00ed dopl\u0148uj\u00ed \u201en\u00e1hodn\u00e9 v\u00fdst\u0159elky\u201c linky 2 pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a\u017e na \u0160t\u011brkovi\u0161t\u011b a linky 70 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1voz a odvoz autobus\u016f na linku 55.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1vrh po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0prodlou\u017een\u00edm linky 2 na \u0160t\u011brkovi\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0intervalu 12 minut, zachov\u00e1n\u00ed linky 6 v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 podob\u011b a zachov\u00e1n\u00edm omezen\u00e9ho provozu linky 55 v\u00a0intervalu 12 minut. Linka 2 by byla vedena p\u0159\u00edmo na \u0160t\u011brkovi\u0161t\u011b, mimo \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanici. Linka 55 by z\u016fstala zachov\u00e1na pro dopravu z\u00a0m\u011bsta k\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanici.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee projekt obsahuje \u00fapravu tras v\u00a0okol\u00ed otrokovick\u00e9 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanice v\u00a0dob\u011b \u0161pi\u010dek, po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se zaveden\u00edm protism\u011brn\u00fdch zast\u00e1vek Otrokovice, poliklinika a Po\u0161ta (dnes pouze v\u00a0jednom sm\u011bru).<\/p>\n<p>Takto by byla vedena doprava ve \u0161pi\u010dku. Linka 2 je zna\u010dena \u010derven\u011b, linka 6 zelen\u011b, linka 55 mod\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3230 size-full\" \u0161pi\u010dku<\/h2>\n<p>Mimo \u0161pi\u010dku, tedy brzy r\u00e1no, dopoledne a ve\u010der v\u00a0pracovn\u00ed dny, celodenn\u011b pak o pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch a o v\u00edkendech, je nyn\u00ed doprava zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1na linkou 55, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 zhruba stejn\u00fd interval jako linky 2 a 6 do Zl\u00edna (pokud tedy uva\u017eujeme o prokladu linek 2 a 6, m\u011bstsk\u00e1 linka v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch jezd\u00ed v\u00a0dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9m intervalu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proto je v\u00a0projektu navrhov\u00e1no prodlou\u017een\u00ed linky 2 na \u0160t\u011brkovi\u0161t\u011b se zaj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm k\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanici a \u00fapln\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada linky 55 t\u011bmito spoji.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nev\u00fdhodou je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nutnost zaj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed k\u00a0n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, av\u0161ak mimo \u0161pi\u010dku v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch dv\u011b linky ned\u00e1vaj\u00ed smysl a nab\u00edzej\u00ed zbyte\u010dn\u011b vysokou kapacitu, kter\u00e1 nav\u00edc s\u00a0p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm ke kapacitn\u00edm omezen\u00edm zl\u00ednsk\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 dopravy <strong>nelze m\u011bstem objednat. <\/strong>A\u010dkoli se zde \u010dasov\u00e1 \u00faspora oproti p\u0159estupu sni\u017euje zhruba na 5 minut (ve sm\u011bru ze Zl\u00edna i m\u00e9n\u011b), st\u00e1le je v\u00fdhodou odpadaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159estup a p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 spojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Veden\u00ed v\u00a0oblasti u \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanice je tedy navrhov\u00e1no takto:<\/p>\n<p><img
